Candidates are sourced, engaged and payrolled by CLG Resourcing. We contract them to our client to complete works on their behalf. Clients are billed by the hour, day, week, month, per job completed etc.
Candidates are sourced according to Client job specs and shortlist presented. Our Client would decide who to interview and select the candidate that best suits their business.
Advertising, CV and call screening and initial interviews. We would select candidates that meet the criteria and present to Client for approval.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
We set up and run an offsite recruitment division on behalf of our Client, recruiting candidates for roles as if they were recruited by the Client. Essentially we are part of the Clients team giving them the flexibility of an inhouse recruiter without the risks and constraints of inhouse recruiting.
